Bahay Kubo opened its doors in June 2022 to serve Filipino-American community in Tracy, CA and neighboring cities. We offer quality and authentic Filipino cuisine and specialties. We also carry products our kababayans grew up with.
The Bahay Kubo, also known as Nipa Hut, is a typical native house in the Philippines. It is a square shaped house built with local resources like anahaw, nipa and bamboo. This provides shade in the summer and refuge during rainy season. It also is a symbol of Philippine cultue and architecture.
Our Mission
